Save the date: November 14th in Singapore James Hoffmann will meet coffee owners and baristas at Nuova Simonelli Asia Pacific and Santino Coffee Academy offices (61 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 # 02-24 Shun Li Industrial Park Singapore 417943). He will share with them useful information to enhance cafè operations (for cafès owners) and to offer a consistent espresso (for baristas). A technology can contribute to easily grow in the coffee industry and to achieve excellence in serving espressos.

James Hoffmann will lead to the discovery of GRAVITECH. The first session “How Gravitech enhances cafè operations” (November 14 from 10.30 to 12.30am) is reserved to coffee shops owners; the pm session (2.30 – 4.30pm) will help baristas to “excel with Gravitech”. With gravimetric technology (installed in VA388 Black Eagle), the weight of the liquid extracted is measured directly in the cup. The data is therefore much more precise and, more importantly, is not affected by other factors, such as the shape of the filter, the tamping force on the coffee, the condition of the showerheads and more. The barista always has full control of each delivery, the quantity in the cup is always programmed and any difference between one delivery and the next is eliminated. This means consistency (barista success) and reducing waste (coffee shop better performance).
