Association Coffee was established in 2012 and has two locations in The City, at 10-12 Creechurch Lane EC3A 5AY and 60 Ludgate Hill EC4M 7AW. We serve filter and espresso with coffee from Square Mile, Workshop and guest roasters from the UK and internationally, with a bent towards a medium to light roast profile. We are quite pared down in what we do, making us more like oversized coffee bars than all-singing-dancing cafés. But that’s the way we like it.

Coffeel has been founded as a micro roastery by Fulvio Manuello, particularly focussed on a high-standard processing and quality conservation level of the final product. Coffeel offers a high-quality selection of light roasted beans for drip extraction and semi-dark roasted beans for expresso. Coffeel Academy with two authorised AST Trainers SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), licensed to transfer and certify professional skills and qualification for Coffee Roaster, Barista and Brewing, are granting this excellence at international level.

Founded in Shoreditch in 2011, Shoreditch Grind became a cult hit for its long hours, coffee and cocktails, and for the recording studio upstairs. With café-bars serving coffee by day, cocktails by night in Soho, Holborn, Royal Exchange and Whitechapel, Grind has since turned it’s hand to restaurants, with discerning brunch spots and all-day dining in London Bridge, Covent Garden, Clerkenwell and Exmouth Market – or at least that’s what they say in the queue. In the September 2015, Grind crowdfunded £1.3m to open a state-of-the-art coffee roastery, back home in Shoreditch. In February 2016 the Grind App was launched, the UK’s first coffee ordering app which allows customers to pre order and pay for their coffee from their iPhone.
