Here at Victoria Arduino, we are working in order to offer specialty coffee shops espresso machines able to be consistents, reliables and efficients. This was the result we wanted to get with the new product that we taylored: its name is VA358 White Eagle and it is dedicated to coffee shops putting Quality at first.
We studied an espresso machine able to respond to specialty coffee shops new trends, and we made it with tall group too in order to use big cups and glasses to serve new flavour experiences. The VA358 White Eagle supports the relationship between the customer and the barista. Viglino, the designer, rebuilt eagle’s wings in a 51 centimeter-high product.
T3, the technology that ensures maximum temperature stability of the espresso machine. In a professional coffee machine the temperature parameter plays an extremely important role, as it strongly influences the quality of the espresso. A stable temperature guarantees an excellent and repeatable result. But how? Again, through studies, research and experiments, and working with the best baristas, we managed to find a solution that provides control for every parameter. Thus was born T3, a technology that allows the barista to set three temperatures, for the distribution group, the hot water and the steam infusion. What do you get? Control of thermal accuracy for water at the point of delivery, which results in temperature stability and therefore in perfect espresso coffee. This is also the result of an electronic system, with temperature and pressure probes and PID, which manages each variable.
Easy Cream, the new technology for frothing milk. VA358 White Eagle is available with the Easycream system, a technology that allows the milk to be heated and frothed to suit your preferences, thanks to the innovative wand with “tangential holes” and a steam-air mixing system. This system is very much appreciated by coffee shop chains as it produces creamy milk that is fragrant and consistent.
Display TFT. All the espresso machine’s information on an LED display. The VA358 talks to the barista and shares all the information provided by the T3 system. TFT thus gives the barista all the data in real time, allowing him to offer customers the best espresso.
Barista profile. A 51 centimeters high-machine allowing barista to interact more easily with customers. Sharing knowledge, talking and interacting with customers thanks to a 51 centimeters high machine: this is VA358 White Eagle. Everything is made with pure materials, especially copper, stainless steel and aluminium to ensure maximum temperature and mechanical strength.
Push & Pull levers. The solution for the welfare of the barista. The barista has to work safely with a coffee machine designed to guarantee maximum comfort. An example of this greater attention to the barista is “Push & Pull”, the drive system for the steam lever that avoids unnecessarily stress on the upper limbs of the barista. So the barista will never be too tired to prepare another cappuccino!
Cool Touch Wand. The innovative system that prevents burns. Thermal insulation guarantees the safety of the barista and not only that, but also better and easier cleaning and greater hygiene. The new thermally insulated Cool-Touch wand avoids annoying burns and speeds up cleaning of the espresso machine.
